Hi Jessi,

I would give a try with metformin alone (at least 6 mo). As I have repeatedly warned, Clomid is a double edged sword. As you increase the dose, the unfavourable side-effects (due to its antiestrogenic properties) come forward. I think, if metformin alone doesn't help, you should start Clomid at 50 mg first. There is no reason to increase the dose over 100 mg.
