Hi Jessi

It is best to give metformin some time to regulate your hormones before adding clomid. Some women O with metformin alone, but, I gave it 6 months before adding clomid again. I had never O'd at the max dose of clomid 250mg, but, after 6 months on met I O'd on 50mg!!

With metformin if you are ttc it is best to slowly work up to 1500 a day. I am on the max of 2500.

Meds - Metformin 2500, synthyroid, wellbutrin, 81mg asprin, 1mg folic acid, vitamens C&E&daily.
