My skin looked great (for the first time in my life),I had less body hair and my PMS symptoms decreased. Before that I was taking Spironolactone alone. It worked well, but not as well as taking the two together. Previously, I had trouble finding a pill that agreed with me. I had very severe PMS. This pill was the only only one that helped. I went off it recently because I'm trying to conceive, but I was really happy while I was on it.
