My Dr. switched me on glucophage(500mg) from Glyburide(250mg) just recently (two weeks ago) and I am not feeling comfortable as I am feeling very tired, loss of apetite, upset stomach, cramps in both legs, and light headed. I also noticed my blood sugar reading has shot up to 280+ (using one touch - Lifescan meter daily). This used to be below 125 when I was taking Glyburide!! I am not getting satisfactory response from my Dr. What should i do? I am keeping strict watch with my diet and exercise daily (almost 2 miles walk daily). - Anita
