Hi Jennifer, I am Ob^Gyn and earned Ph.D. in reproductive endocrinology. As to increasing your dosage, I should repeat, it takes months for the androgen levels to return to normal. Naturally, increasing dosage is an option, but the prudent thing is to administer the lowest effective dose. Now if your aim is conceiving, you should monitor your ovulation (BBT chart, ultrasound, hormones), both you and your husband have an infertility check-up. If timed intercourse doesn't result in pgy (in at least 6 cycles), then stimulating your ovaries is the next step. For your info Sam
