Ten years ago I was suggested to take Diane for acne problems and PCOS. The ovaric problem was solved but I still take Diane as COC and to avoid acne. At the moment my problem is the absence of withdrawal bleeding (3 months!!). The bleeding was usually very poor but present. Two pregnancy tests were negative. Does Diane cause this side effect if taken for so many years? (the patient leaflet does not report this effect) Thank you for help.
