Hi Shannon,
I am also on 1000mg per day. I can tell you that I have noticed a big
difference (been 6 weeks since surgery), the bloatedness that made my
stomach look huge has gone down quite a bit. I have lost about 15 pounds
already. Good luck to you! Question to all-Are you guys finding that most
of your weight centers around your hips and stomach? Mine definitely is!
