I am a nutritionist at a bariatric surgeon's office. all though the surgery will help with the excess weight of pcos...getting pregnant post RXYGB is a very delicant. We recommend that you wait at least two years post operation before pregnancy because it will interfere with your weight loss (and needed gain during pregancy.)
