Ok my daughter went back today and she has gained 20 pds in 6 weeks
she is following the insiln rest diet and has been doing great
she is only on 500 xr mg a day and takes birth control pills and that is all.
well the dr walks in and tells her she is going to sew up her mouth
( she is only 17 and very sensitive because she is trying so hard)
so anyway she wants her to go on a starvation diet ( which i nixed)
she is to eat certain things for breakfast and thats it all day for two weeks..
..not going to happen. I talked her into uping her met to 1000. which was hard
because she was not sure about it. I told her in all our reasearch it said you need to
be at at least 1500 for it to start to work.
anyway thats where we are for now. she only eats 1000 calories a day and works 15-20 hours a week
checking grocerys and goes to school.
  anyone have any ideas?
