Hi I went 38 years without any answers. I've found a low carb diet&6-10 oz of lean meats the best, My new gp had said to go high carb high protien. On low carb I lost 52lbs in 3 mo. However I also walked 2 1/2miles a day and did water arobics 3 days a week. I had to have surgery asp so I rushed things. On high carbs gained 75 lbs in 7mo I was put on provera at same time who knows what caused the most trouble! I'm now on a low carb NO PROCESSED FOODS just complex carbs & 6-8oz protien. Losing 2-3 lbs every 10-14 days and feeling much better. You just have to try different things til you get it right for you. Get your sugar checked also. You need to discuss all your issues with a DR.Make a list so you remember everything, if he or she doesn't answer your questions or send you to someone who can. Get another DR. Good luck &never give up!!!!
