hay samantha i have been on met for 5 months now it has worked for me. i am 21 and i have managed to lose weight and reduce facial hair. it wasent instant but it did happen and now i am so much happier that i even smile (which used to be a rare occurance)i wish you the best of luck soon you will be inspiring people as well
