Kim, I've been taking 1000 mg a day just as you have. I've been so ill, I had to cut back to 500 mg a day. JUst last THursday, I was so naseated, I was throwing up and had bad diahrea. I would ask the doctor to cut back and keep at the 1000 mg for a while...

Anyway, I've not had teh other problems. Maybe a little dizziness....but not bad.
