Hi,

start with 1/2 or even 1/4 of one pill each day. Stay with each dose as long as you need to so that there are no more or at least very manageable side effects. Take a month at each level if need be.......

Usually the side effect wear off over tme as your body gets used to it.

Also, do not eat carbs during the meal that you take the drug with. THey can make the reaction worse. Eat low carb veges and protein with that meal.
