pco friendly doctor in the Boston area?

My 18 year old daughter has been experiencing classic PCO symptoms for almost a year. We've been bouncing around doctors and finally her gyn diagnosed her with PCO. She perscribed provera to bring on a period, which she hadn't had in six months, and then onto the BCP (orthotricyclen). She said it would get her hormones in balance and enable her to lose the weight she had gained. She is an athlete and a very healthy eater and hasn't been able to lose any weight yet. She is very fatigued and feels drugged after eating carbos. She has been trying to follow the carbo addicts diet and will also incorporate the insulin resistance diet. I will next push the doctor to give her a 2 or 3 hr. glucose tolerance test to see whether she is insulin resistant.

Does anyone know any PCO friendly/knowledgeable doctors in the Boston area? Feel free to pass on any advice, I'm busy reading and learning about this disease to help advocate for her. Thank you for your help and support......
