I got diarea really bad when I first started taking it. Here's what I can tell you . . . get them to give you the time release pills. For the first few days - just hang in there and go through it. Limit carbs and sugar and try and stay close to the bathroom. After about a week you'll feel pretty normal. Don't miss your dose after you level out and always eat something with it. I have learned all of this the hard way, but it's worth it - I think!
