Thanks...Denise HI Denise, I am on Actos and Metformin have been for 3 weeks now it has helped some I am haveing insulin resistance , my actos is high as it goes 45 mgs I do not know what is next if this doesn't work,,, does anyone know. I sure don't want to take shots,,,,, noway,,,,, shelly
