Lori, I'm sorry you've been through so much lately!

Regarding the possibility of ovarian wedge resection surgery, I want to suggest getting a second opinion. It's my understanding that the wedge resection procedure isn't done much anymore, because it can cause scarring and/or adhesions that may impede fertility. Now the procedure called "ovarian drilling" is favored instead. Try doing a Google.com search on "ovarian drilling" and see what you come up with. Then consider getting a second opinion.

Take care, and good luck.
