I began taking glucaphage again last March using Prometruim to bring on my periods. Well about May I got one without using Prometruim. (Yeah) I was taking 1500mg of the Glucaphage & my doctor wanted me try taking 2000mg for a few months to see if things got better. Well about 2 weeks after I started taking 2000mg daily I got my period,it lasted a couple of weeks then was gone BUT then about a week later it came back mostly kind of just heavy spotting type stuff but it has been 2 weeks now & it has not let up.
