Hi Sally
Thank you for responding to my message. I will stick to 500mg per day
for the time being, as basically, I feel I have no other choice. I am
also confused, whilst reading through all the messages posted here, alot
of women mention they do not menustrate, well I do, every month and have
very heavy, uncomfortable periods. What I don't understand is how I can
menustrate and yet be told that I do not ovulate, how can this be? I
don't have cysts on my ovaries, however, I have most of the other
symptoms of PCOS, and am insulin resistant (do not have diabetes). I am
just confused as to why I menustrate, but do not ovulate, has anyone
else been told the same thing?
Thankyou
Kind regards
