Hi,
if one tablet a day is all you can tolerate that is ok, stick with that.
some women get very good effects even at 500 mg a day only. So stick
with the 500 mg until you have absolutely no side effects..... if you
are getting regualr periods and symptom releif there is no need to
increase the dose. If you gthink you still need a higher dose then move
up very very slowly (add 1/4 tablet extra - and when that is ok, move up
again).
