Well, this is true...no major, harmful effects. But, these can't be long term studies, so long term effects are what I am also thinking of. It makes logical sense that if they improve the cells ability to use glucose and insulin, they can be very effective, and very useful. So, my personal opinion is it is worth the risk. But, folks need to decide for themselves the benefits and potential risks when undertaking any such ong term treatment.I am quite encouraged by the positive studies.
