Also it does not happen when I exercise, so it worries me, but not enough to freak out. For me it only happens once in a great while and it feels like I have this tight spot in my chest. I have been on glucophage for 6 mos. now and can honestly say I do not remember anything like this happening before the medicine. I think every person has different side effects. Now I do not feel so weird knowing I am not alone.
