Hi Kim, There are two things to consider. 1. If you are PCOSer, then insulin sensitizers are the first step, because they can restore ovulation alone, and even if not, they are necessary to help maintain pgy. 2. There is not direct dose/effect relationship between clomid and ovulation. So there is no reason to increase the dose so agressively. Better to stay on low dose (50 mg/d) for months.
