What kind of pains are you having? You shouldn't be having any pain. Related to the birth control pill? I am unclear of the logic for taking the birth control pill if you've had a hysterectomy. How did your doctor explain it to you ? This would seem like an unnecessary esposure to synthetic hormons for an unclear benefit. As you are already diabetic, you are on the other medications usually prescribed for PCOS. What about your diet. What kind of carbs are you eating. Have you tried limiting your carbs and daily exercise? That might help just as much as the birth control pill.
