Re: from metformin to actos

I switched to Actos and had some success. I noticed only a small weight gain - about 10 lbs. - and my periods came back right on schedule (every 28 days!). But, I have a big problem with facial hair, and it did nothing for that. I loved not having any side effects - I had a terrible time with Glucophage. I also love taking 1 pill a day instead of 3. Hope it helps!
