How long should pain last? I've been diabetic for 10 years, had a hysterectomy back about the same time. So I've already been on glucophage, avandia, and glipizide for years. This summer I was diagnosed with PCOS and put on birth control pills. I've been on them for about a month. My question is, how long should it take to stop hurting? Last week the pains eased up, and I thought it was working. But this week it kicked up again and has really been giving me pain. Can anyone tell me what to expect?
