As far as I know, pain is not a symptom of PCOS. Symptoms include: weight gain (or a hard time losing weight), acne, excess facial hair, irregular menstrual cycles etc. My blood work came out normal in testing for PCOS (aside from elevated estrogen and testoserone), yet I had most of the symptoms. It wasn't until I got an ultrsound and they found polycystic ovaries that I was diagnosed. >
