There were some complaints that the XR version of Glucophage was not working for PCOS women as well as the brand.

Yes, more regular periods, less acne, more energy, regular ovulation, possibly weight loss.

If you are not having a period at least every 3 months, yes there is. Now if a doctor is controlling your periods artificially, that is another story, but if you naturally aren't having them, its not a good thing.
