Hi Mary,

try cutting your dose in half. Ie. only take 1 x 500 mg/day tablet each day. See how you go with that and how you feel. A higher dose is not necessarily better. Some women do very well on just 500 mg/day.

Also, make sure you are eating a balanced diet (balanced for us PCOS women generally means eating protein, some healthy fats, and some complex carbs at every meal - also keep away from the highly processed foods and refine carbs).
