HI,

I haven't heard of those side effects..... however, it is possible. IT may be quite a shock for your body to start changing the glucose and insulin levels.

For the immediate, I would recommend that you cut your tablet in 1/2 or even 1/4 and go more slowly for the start-up. There is no rush to get up to any dose.4

Also, make sure that you eat (go for protein and complex carbs) when you take the meds, and try not to skip meals - but to eat regularly.

Best wishes

Sally
