We've been trying for a baby for 10 months now,i haven't had a period for 8 of those months my last one being on the 2nd december 2001. I was taking the depro provera injection for several months and stopped that to take the proestrogen only pill, we then stopped that to fit the coil. after a week it was discovered the coil was in wrong and the doctor very flippantly remarked my ovaries were "slightly polycystic" after doing an ultra sound. As we weren't trying for a baby at that stage i took the combined pill which made my periods return.We then decided we wanted a baby and i came off the pill. I had a couple of periods and then- nothing. I went to the doctors and she said she would take some blood-but i havent heard anything about the results yet, she also said that i probably did have pcos and that i would need to take clomid. I am waiting to see the fertility clinic. In the meantime i am trying to lose wait as i believe this will probably help.I dont have pain - which leads me to belive that i dont have pcos.
