Hi,
I can't advise ont he imaging. However, if you have PCOS and are trying
to conceive, one good option may be to give metformin/glucophage (an
insulin sensitising agent) a good try before you try all these ovulation
inducing drugs.
Metformin may be enough to get you cycling regularly and allow you to
get pregnant 'naturally'.
Look up metformin and PCOS and you will find heaps of info.
