He wasn't even going to send me for a scan so I saw someone else. Proved him wrong, he wasn't happy. I know I have to exercise and diet but I find dieting very difficult. Like my carb food too much. BUT with the right help I would be more than willing to follow a proper diet. I also joined a gym wher I live at present but as I am moving to Cornwall I will have to join one there.
