Hi,

I have PCOS/Insulin Resisance and am on Metformin. I was wondering if any of you knew, is it possible by totally changing your diet, lots of exercise, and weight loss to reverse the Insulin Resistance to the point you no longer need the Metformin? I am really willing to do what ever I have to if it would mean not being on this medication the rest of my life. Thanks!
