Hi April - I am currently going to Dr. Michael Fox - he's a reproductive endocrinologist with North Florida Gynocologic Specialists. He has an office in Memorial, and another at St. Vincents(Riverside). He's been great so far, he was very quick to diagnose it and seems very knowledgable about PCOS. He also prescribed Metformin and Mircette(birth control) for me. I think it might be a good idea for you to ask questions about different birth control pills. I've heard that Orto tricyclen is not the best BC pill for women with PCOS to take because of the hormones that are in them, or rather, the amount of hormones that are in them. I would have to do more reading on that though!
