I'm not Dr. Sam, but can mention some initial things. Where to start: first of all, try to adopt a lower carb diet,chosing low glycemic carbs, and avoiding the starchy ones. Increase your exercise to something every day. Investigate for a Reproductive Endocrinologist. They would have the most knowledge of PCOS. Let us know what you have tried.
