Are you seeing a reproductive endocrinologist who is managing your situation? This sounds pretty complex. It sounds like you need to get the PCOS under control. Can she try lower dosages of Glucophage, and did it make any difference ? Did she start ovulating while on it ? Is she having cycles ?

My heart goes to you to help solve this puzzle. Pat Sonnenstuhl, ARNP, CNM, MS PCOS Support Editorial Advisor PCOS Pavilion http://www.obgyn.net/pcos/pcos.asp http://www.midwivesofwa.org/pcos.htm http://www.midwivesofwa.org//pcosarticles.htm
