Please help me with what type of medication I should be on.

Dear Dr. Sam,
I was resently diagnosed with PCOS. I have some difficulties of finding
a doctor here in Stockholm, Sweden that know enough about PCOS and that
can determan what kind of treatment I should be on.
I'm hoping that you could help me with that.
I want to get pregnant and I know I have insulin resistance.
