Have you wife adopt a low-carb lifestyle -- this has helped many women to begin menstruating and ovulating again. She may get lucky and get pregnant on her own if she truly adheres to a low-carb lifestyle -- it has worked for many women who have had trouble conceiving/menstruating/ovulating!
