Re: Moodiness, no libido and Breakthrough Bleeding on BC Pills: Is there one out there for me?From: teresa (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 26 Jul 2002 12:44:19 -0500 (CDT)
i had the same experiences with bcp at your age(have hit old 30 now lol). i went thru several b4 i found one that worked. it was mircette. my dr told me if my moodiness was increased on the pills then they werent the right dosage for me. so dont let the dr stop trying to find a pill that is right for you until you feel comfortable with how it makes you feel. also i have found that taking a calcium supplement really helps pms symptoms i read this somewhere and tried it and it really does help. i talk caltrate chewable as they absorb better that taking a whole pill.(according to my pharmacist) it does take about 4-6 weeks for the calcium supplement to make a diff. hope this helps teresa smith ttc #1 pcos glucophage xr clomid, folic acid and prayer
