Has anyone tried Metomin? It's a generic of glucophage which I ordered from an Italian website called http://www.anagen.net I don't have a current prescription to order the metformin here in the US as my health insurance won't be kicking in for another month. The question now is: Does this metomin work as good as the metformin? The metformin is already a generic version of the glucophage which worked really well but if your not insured is unbearably expensive. Also, is there a point after you're on the gluco or metformin or whatever generic you take that the drug stops working as well or needs to be increased? Will your body build up immunity (so to speak) against the potency of the drug after a time? Anyone with information would be appreciated. I feel like I'm steadily gaining weight back again after quite a nice weight loss and a couple of years on gluco.
