I just found out that I am expecting and the doctor believes I am about
4 to 6 weeks along but we aren't quite sure yet. I have been taking
glucophage for about 1 1/2 years and am confused about it. My
endocrinologist suggested I go off of it but wouldn't give any reason.
My Obgyn said I could stay on it throughout the pregnancy and said he
has had other patients who have done so. Currently I am still taking
1500 mg per day. Has anyone else taken glucophage throughout their
pregnancy? I am a Type II diabetic and insulin resistant. I would love
to hear your story. Email me at s_mestas@hotmail.com
