Katie, I go to Dr. Martin Abrhamson at the Joslin Diabetes in Boston, I have found him to be excellent. He noticed the symptoms right off and didn't mess around, his preference for medication was Metaformin. I am starting it today. I can let you know how it works in few weeks.
