I have lost 20 lbs since then and that is without much effort, just sort of watching my carb intake now and then. My real question is about the spiro I am taking. The dosage is only 25 mg daily and my hair is still falling out by the handful. --as well as still growing places it shouldn't!! Another PCOS forum that I have visited several times is http://www.soulcysters.com and from everything I read there, most are on a MUCH higher dosage of Spiro, like 50-200 mg daily. Any thoughts on this? Thanks!
