Thanks for the chuckle......yeah, I thank the Lord every day for my children. I know how truly fortunate I am to have them. I pray for infertile couples quite often too. Why? Because my two blessings are products of much prayer, many shed tears, and having the medical community "in bed" with us, so to speak. My 17 year old daughter is my clomid baby. I watched everyone in our church of childbearing age have a baby before I did....and I had been trying the longest. My son took MUCH more work.....spiritually, emotionally, etc. We were actively involved in trying for another baby for 6 1/2 years......the medical community was involved most of that time in one form or another. To get him, I went thru 5 rounds of injectibles...Pergonal and Metrodin. It's a very long and perhaps strange story, but things were definitely not "run of the mill" during my treatment and pregnancy....but my son is healthy, whole, and the light of my life.

As far as turning to "my man" .... he's part of the confusion in my life. He's a very nice guy, but most of the time, I just don't feel that certain chemistry that would make him more special to me than anyone else. Sometimes being in the dating scene is the absolute pits.....although it DOES get interesting when I take my kids to the mall and my daughter is checking out the teen guys and I'm checking out their dads!! *grin*

Have a wonderful day.....

Hugs,

Shelley
