It might not be friendly or christian but a good old fashioned "stuff it where the sun doesn't shine" works for me! Seriously, I am not going to say, ignore her cos its not that easy, in fact its impossible, but you are alive, you have 2 kiddies and a man(alright thats not always on the positive side!!) and family still living. With any luck she has all false teeth, a horrible husband, spoilt whiny kids and a life she would gladly swap...the ones that moan on those types of programmes are usually missing the big picture. Give yourself a pat on the back, I bet there are lots of things you are good at, you have a man friend so you are appealing to him, and once your kids get past the teenage years they WILL tell you that you are a good mum, but its not cool to do that until you are really old...like 25!!! And if you need a hug, grab your man!
