Whichever one works for you. A good start might be something like Demulen or Desogen, Diane 35 (if not in US) or Yasmin. Pick a monophasic pill. Talk to doctor. There are several things you can do. If you are looking for contraception, you can use Mirena or condoms. You can use Provera or progesterone. Those aren't BCP. I have more on my bcp webpage:(http://nicho_v.tripod.com/qbcp.html).

What is the best type of birth control pills for someone with PCO to take. Also I have had a regular cycle for the past three months. I have never had more than two consecutive periods. Does this mean anything? Also, do I even need bcp's? I have a gyno appt next week, and I was going to ask for a prescription to regulate my periods. Any advice?
