Hi Lori,
I have had 7 m/c's the last 2 were with metformin ( although they were very
early). M/C is just as big of a problem for women with pcos as the IF part
9At least for some women - me being one of them). I also agree that it is a
baby from the moment of conception. When you want something so bad - as my
DH says"It doesn't matter if it is a day a week a month or 9 months, the
hurt is the same". Our last m/c was May 2002 and I was only 6 weeks - but,
it was the hardest one for us both.
Hang in and stay on met!
Kim
The stats I know about metformin and m/c - are metformin reduces m/c in
women with pcos from 43% to 9 % - 11% being the national average. I am a
true believer in metformin.
