For anyone out there who has tried Follistim: I am wondering what kind of response time you have had. I am on day 16 of my first round with an Estradiol level of 69. It has been increasing, just VERY S-L-O-W-L-Y. (On day 13 it was 68!) My RE says this is not uncommon among PCOSers and that I may expect an even longer process before we hit the target. Has anyone else out there had the same experience? If so, did you find the process to speed up with later cycles? I have been ttc for almost 4 years and my patience is growing very short.
