HI Soma, what has worked for me is taking it with meals...if I try to take it on an empty stomache I feel sick. Also try soda crackers..they seem to help too.I also seem to feel more nauseated and loose stools if I eat too much sugary food.So try to avoid sugary snacks or meals. Antacids seem to work nicely as well for my tummy when I start to feel sick.. I always have Rolaids with me or TUMMS. Eventually all the side affects stopped for me...and now only occaisionaly do I get sick if my diet starts to get bad (too many carbs). it took about 3 months for them to go away...so dont give up. after 6 months I started having regular periods every 29 days which I have not had in a very long time and my overall health has been better and I have lost 35 lbs.So to me the side affects were worth riding out. Hope I helped a lil bit,Dona
